Alerte is building new garage, storage and office facilities, as well as staff facilities, in Staffansnäs. The area will serve as a shared base for street maintenance, the construction team, property maintenance and sports facility maintenance.

The new facilities will provide a safer and more functional working environment and enable equipment to be stored appropriately.

New access to Road 749 is also being planned. The aim is to reduce heavy traffic on Staffansnäsvägen and improve traffic arrangements in the area.

Preparations for the project are under way. The tenders are being evaluated, while the final construction schedule is being finalised.
