Student care is divided into communal and individual student care.

Pupil care is implemented primarily as a preventive, individual pupil care that supports the entire pre-school unit. This means that we invest in joint activities, cooperation with the home and the safety of the preschool unit. Student care promotes and maintains the student’s good physical and mental health, good learning and social well-being, as well as activities that increase their prerequisites.

Pupil welfare concerns all those working in the pre-school education unit and the authorities responsible for pupil welfare services. The staff has the primary responsibility for the well-being of the preschool unit.

Pupil care is implemented in cooperation with the pupil and the guardian. Everyone has the right to free, individual student care. Individual student care aims to promote the student’s health, learning, inclusion and well-being and to prevent problems from arising.
