12-month guide to promote cultural sensitivity and an inclusive workplace culture
The Romporten project of the Deaconess Foundation has developed a 12-month guide to promote cultural sensitivity and an inclusive workplace culture. The guide contains 12 themes and 12 simple activities that can be implemented in any workplace, by anyone, once a month over the course of a year.
With this guide, we want to demonstrate that even a relatively small effort can increase understanding, well-being, and cooperation among people with different native languages, cultural backgrounds, genders, and levels of work experience.
